As a unique writer, coach and thought leader in the sphere of interpersonal relationships and advanced human dynamics, she is revolutionizing the way we understand and harness charisma to become our superpower.
LIFE-LONG CHARISMATIC QUEST
Exploring the social dynamics of play, conversation, and group interactions from early childhood, Milena developed a knack for studying human behavior. Being naturally drawn towards gaining deep understanding of the human mind, our driving forces, and personality, led her to study psychology at university. Understanding the impact of well-chosen words to craft powerful messages and have an impact, she was drawn towards deepening her studies in rhetoric, absorbing the wisdom of both ancient masters and contemporary experts.
Despite the enormous worth of this wisdom, Milena couldn’t see its professional value during that stage in her life. She had chosen classes and topics based on curiosity and passion, not with a clear career path in mind. As she was passing the educational finish line, about to receive her combined degree of Psychology and Rhetoric, she felt confused and scared, thinking: “How will I ever get a job with this degree?”
There was no better time than right then to apply for a three-month basic military training. This was the beginning of a transformation journey and one of the pivotal moments that ultimately led Milena to create Charisma Resources and its unique services.
An Era of Transformation
MILITARY BACKGROUND
Growing up, Milena and her sister had always talked about doing military training. Milena knew that if she didn’t do it right then, in the transition phase between school and career, she would miss the opportunity. Life would settle in a rhythm of work and family, and there would be no room for it.
But her venture into the military grew. The initial intention of joining basic military training for three months became a commitment to a solid specialist officer’s program for two years. Fast forward eight more years and what was intended to be a three-month adventure to check an important item off her bucket list, had become her career. Her passion for psychology and communication, and the university degree she had feared would result in unemployment, had granted her the role of teacher in a very specialized niche and given her the opportunity to work with the best in the industry.
TEACHING ADVANCED HUMAN DYNAMICS
Working in the armed forces, Milena was teaching techniques for conversation, interviewing, and negotiation to military personnel, police, and other professionals. This environment forged her skills as a teacher, facilitator, and coach. And even though the word "charisma" was rarely used, charisma lay at the core of the most successful implementations of the knowledge she conveyed.
As a teacher of advanced human dynamics, she worked with the best in her field. In high-stakes assignments, skills such as being completely present and building rapport are not a luxury but an absolute necessity. Charisma transformed the conversation skills of Milena’s students into the sharpest tools in their possession.
The individuals Milena worked with were top-tier professionals in their field. Already having demonstrated high levels of proficiency in interpersonal communication, they had great expectations on the training programs and on Milena as their teacher. Over the years, this has ascended her proficiency to ever-rising levels, making her deliver top results and quickly helping her students step into the same high-level mindset.
In addition to giving science-backed classes and facilitating seminars, Milena conducted bespoke 1:1 coaching with her students, helping them widen their comfort zones, overcome their specific obstacles, and develop their talents within the sphere of human dynamics.

GROWING INTO THE NICHE OF CHARISMA
This time in Milena’s life was strongly characterized by growth, learning, and creating herself. Spending almost her entire twenties in the armed forces, this shaped her. Combined with her own passion for self-mastery, this chapter in her life drew out some of her best qualities. Strength, discipline, willpower. It gave her cherished experiences of connection, laughter, and teamwork. It reminded her that she is a visionary leader, a master of self-optimization, and a guide who conveys valuable life-altering wisdom.
Without even realizing it, Milena had turned herself into a specialist on charisma. This had always been her path. It had always been her mission to acquire all attainable knowledge on charisma, apply it on her own life, and share it with the world.
Despite how clear this was, she struggled against stepping into this bold niche and owning it. For years, her subconscious tried to protect her by referring to it as “communication”, “team building”, or “human resourcefulness”. It even lay out mental blocks in the shape of fears and doubts. Then came a time when she could no longer push back against her path or rename it anymore. A time when fears no longer had the power to stop her.
